Rose envy...can you tell when you have it

Ok Im not 100% sure but I think I have the symptoms...
Longing looks at rose bushes in soomeones yard long enough to cause a traffic snarl.
Going to a nursery and drooling over the roses even tho they are body bags...just knowing I can save em if I had a place to plant the body!
Making an online order and not going thru with it just to see how much it would cost to replace what I left behind...
Looking at houses and seeing how much full sun land is aviailable.
Going to the GardenWeb gallery and staring lovingly at everyones babies and wimpering...
lets see that about sums up my summer in a nut shell...

RE: Rose envy...can you tell when you have it

oh fer SURE I have it! I buy gardening books or magazines just cus they have pretty pix of roses on the covers - and have been known to buy the same one twice just because of that! I spend the hot summer months ignoring my real roses to drool over pictures of roses I WISH I had... all the sites for antique rose suppliers are saved into my online Favorites... I update my print-outs of current inventories frequently, even though I KNOW I won't be buying anything or digging any holes until the new year...
