| That huge noise maker of a parade will pass through my neighborhood tomorrow night it's fun once or twice but it gets a bit much as many as a half a million show up to watch it. I have a dentist appointment and will then go out to The Brooklyn botanical gardens and gather a few hips. I'll light a candle in my window to welcome any "VISITORS" and eat some apples. Hers a link last year I included a different one i tried to avoid any controversy the link I wanted to include was from a Church in Ireland that explained the Holiday transformation in that country.

| Joe, It sounds like a blast and I wish I could be there. Otherwise, it's Werewolves of London on the radio for me and not much else. Halloween parties always seem to be the best somehow (for me)with New Year's a close second. Thanks for the link, so much history and a reminder of where we come from, it's great. Post some photos PUH-LEEZ if you take some... MichaelAT |
