I just found a recipe on Rachael Ray's website called Turkey Stoup (cross between soup and stew) and it has cheese ravioli, leftover turkey, and stewed tomatoes in it. Great idea for the day over Turkey Day. I get tired of leftover turkey really quick, so this recipe appealed to me plus it is quick to make. Thought I'd pass it along.
