A Couple Buck roses?

Kes Z 7a E Tn

I have to replace a rose that most likely won't make it. I've found a very nice Buck rose, "Joseph F Lamb", that should fit that spot. I have had good success from Buck roses in the past and I'm inclined to try it. Does anyone grow this rose? How has it fared in the Southeast?

While I was looking for one rose, I came across several more, of course. What does anyone know about "Chorale", also a Buck rose? It's so pretty in every picture that I've seen of it, sort of a pale pastel pink with a hint of peach. I don't need a pink rose and don't have a spot for it so hopefully you'll tell me that it has a habit of dying as soon as it crosses your property line.

Thank you in advance. It's nice to think about roses on a cold day.
