First year rose, need advice on cutting flowers.

This is my girlfriends HT I got her as a gift for V-Day. I just repotted it into a 13 gallon container filled with 52mix.

My gf loves cut flowers and she loves the look and smell of this firefighter ht, but my concern is cutting too much flowers off when the plant is so new to me. (Not sure how old the plant is) Is it safe for the plant to keep cutting these flowers off or should I leave them be? I've already cut 2 flowers off last week. Thanks for the help.

The plant will actually grow better if you cut the flowers, because then the energy the flowers need to grow and develop will be redirected to the leaves and roots. Just try not to cut off too many leaves with the flowers since the leaves are needed for photosynthesis.
