I've always gotten excellent roses grafted onto
fortuniana from K&M roses in Buckatunna, MS.
info@kandmroses.com. You'll never meet a nicer
guy than Jim Mills.

The answer depends on where you live and how much you're willing to pay for shipping or how far you're willing to travel;-)

I've ordered from Mr. Mills with great success. As a matter of fact I just placed an order this week.

Most of my roses have come from Nelson's Roses in Apopka Florida. They used to have a website but have since taken it down. You can still find their phone contact info. if you search.

Another source is Cool Roses in Palm Beach Florida. They are the K&M of the deep south. They are well equiped for mailing out their roses where Nelsons only sells their roses in 3 gallon containers.

Lastly, I've purchased some of my Fort. rootstocked roses from Home Depot and Lowes down here in South Florida. Currently Home Depot sells Fort. roses under the lable Armstrong roses. All the varieties are J&P offerings. I've been able to nab a few classics (Mister Lincoln, Tropicana, Touch of Class, Chrystler Imperial, Fragrant Cloud, Chicago Peace...) and some contemporary finds (Veteran's Honor, Memorial Day, Lagerfeld (don't think this one is that contemporary)).

Those are my primary drug dealers.

Hope the list helps,

Adrian.

I don't know if it is the best, but J&P in S.C. now sells fortuniana roses.
Have to agree with the last post, as Home Depot also sells J&P fort stock roses, not many where I am, but they are there.
I just received a couple from J&P, they seemed kind of small and spindly to me for $20, the other rose was $15. Cost was like $35 plus $11 shipping. They come shipped in cardboard boxes, in small quart size square plastic containers. But this is the 1st time I ever purchased Fort rootstock roses. Time will tell.
It took 20 days from the date of Internet order to the day I received them.
Cool Roses is another as mentioned.
BayGardens.org is another in Tampa, Fl. selling fort roses.
