We haven't had much snow at all this season, so I took the opportunity presented me today and threw loads of snow on top of my potted rose in the shed. I have one of those big 7 gallon buckets that I filled up with snow and packed down, then plopped it on top so it looks like a sand castle shape lol!

LOL...dragging snow into the garage. Watering in cold temps. Working 9 months out of the year for something that may or may not live and give us 3 months of pleasure. We Rose lovers are an optimistic lot.

You betcha, susan! And when that first one opens in May it's all worth it!
