You should be able to get all 7 in two 5 gallon buckets, you can get them at Home Depot.

I had the same problem back in December, I had a large Rubbermaid storage box that was about2.5' deep and a little longer. It held seven without any problems. It seemed more efficient than using a bunch of buckets, and I already had it in the garage.

I bought a bunch of regular wash buckets (2 gal.? maybe) at the dollar store just for this purpose. I keep them stacked in the shed and they get used for lots of things in the spring and summer. Very handy to have around the garden.

I wash out a plastic trash barrel and use that.

Like Diana I use one of those very large Rubbermaid garbage bins.
For me it worked perfect.

I have used my bathtub before. No kidding.

32-gallon wheeled trash can should be fine. You can use it to tote around other stuff (fertilizers, tools) later in the season.

I buy the cheapie generic laundry detergents in the big plastic buckets, and I always save them and use them for soaking roses, or washing the car, etc. But those Rubbermaid bins are great too!

Leftover large kitty litter pails or big Rubbermaid containers are what I use to soak my bareroots in.

You guys are GREAT. I do have a big Rubbermaid container on my back porch where I keep my garden gloves, clogs, hand tools, sprays and stuff. I could empty that out and soak a couple in there...I wouldn't have thought of that without you mentioning it. And I have a 32 gal trash can that is where I mix my alfalfa tea...but I could put a couple-three bareroots in there I bet.

Good idea on the detergent that comes in those tubs.

Whenever I've received multiple bareroots they've been tied together tightly for easier packaging. I've simply left them tied so they fit into one container, no matter what you use. The five gallon bucket, large rubbermaid container, or trash can are all good sized to hold them.
