Free Roses (Central Texas)

I'm in the process of moving and can't take my potted roses with me. I would rather NOT put them on the curb for the waste truck, so they are free for the taking.

You must be able to pick them up. They are all potted in large containers, and this is Texas so they are leafing out and starting to get going again.

If you are in central Texas (Waco) area and would like these please send me a message to arrange for pickup. (Most roses originally from Vintage Gardens or Antique Rose Emporium)

Reine des Violettes
Cecile Bruner
Chrysler Imperial
Sunny Knockout
Distant Drums
Ducher
Souviner de la Malmaison

So sorry to hear you have to leave your roses behind! I hope you can find new homes for them. If you don't get any answers here maybe try a local rose society. There is a Waco RS listed on the American Rose Society web site.

If no response from the Rose Society folks, might try Craigslist or Freecycle. Best wishes for you & yours in your new home!

How long do you have? I'll be coming that way late this month...

Thanks all, three called dibs on already. The roses need to go before mid-April so there isn't a huge rush.
