New House...New Roses. HELP!

I bought a house in January and it has a row along the eastern side of a detached garage and a few other roses sprinkled in the hedges around the house.
The roses are starting to bloom (I'm in Dallas) but the foliage looks thin. I'm new to roses but have veggie garden experience. I'm not sure what I need to do for the plants or the timing to do it.
They alll look to be the same variety so far. I'm not sure of what the variety is...

There is new growth on all the plants and buds starting to form along with some already bloomed flowers. Is there a quick and dirty guide to roses I can read? Do I need to do anything to them right now?

They look like happy and healthy knock out roses to me. You could fertilize them with rose food if you wish, just follow the instructions on the back. Cut off spent blooms to encourage repeat blooming.

Make sure you read up on Rose Rosette Disease.

Here is a link that might be useful: Rose rosette

I agree, they look like Knock Outs. They should be easy to care for. Sun, water and fertilizer and you can prune them to keep them in the shape and size you want. They're not too fussy. They look very healthy so you shouldn't have any problems.
