Hi. I have these bugs eating my roses. Does anyone know what they are and how do I get rid of them? Normal pesticides aren't working as they fly away and just come back. Thanks

I think they are Japanese beetles. Take a closer photo. Just pick em off and rip them in half like I do. lol Or if not, place them in soapy water and let em drown.

Hard to tell from the picture but here's something it could be.
Here is a link that might be useful: Oriental Beetle

Oriental beetles are voracious feeders on roses.
