I've been in contact with Heirloom about yellow roses that will be winter hardy and they have a selection of different color roses all winter hardy. Wondering if you know of other web sites that have winter hardy roses? Thanks. Pembroke

Check out the David Austin site--most of their roses are hardy to Zone 5 and they offer yellow roses in several different sizes.

I'm pretty sure all the roses from Palatine or any of the other Canadian nurseries would be winter hardy.

RE: winter hardy roses

Depends what winter hardy means... Apparently, different people have different ideas.
Most "winter hardy" do not refer to canes, but to the root and even that with protection.
So if you think about roses left unprotected all winter with no may be surprised.
