I was out yesterday looking things over real good and I happened upon a LOT of buds scattered thru the garden. On the south side of the house (up against it), Zepphy and the Green Rose are covered. Both should bloom about the same time. A good handful of own root mini/miniflora's also are showing some buds. It looks like spring is FINALLY here in N. GA.

My Nacodoches and Strike it Rich are covere in buds too. I can't wait for the gorgeous display of color. Share lots of pics of your blooms please. I am especially excited to see your green rose. We had a green rose many years ago that we inherited when we bought our house and it had been neglected by the previous owners and I couldn't save it, so sad. But it did give me a few beautiful blooms before the end.

That's wonderful to hear, Ken! I hope that means something will start to grow here soon!

I am so happy for you. This is an exciting time of year with the anticipation of all those beautiful blooms!

Good to hear as I'm getting frustrated with the slow leafing out here in South Carolina. Weather is finally turning, I'll fertilize for the first time today and hopefully that will move them along. What a strange year!
