Liquid seaweed as a foliar feed

I bought liquid seaweed as part of my organic fert. program. However it is expensive as a soil drench when I have over 50 roses. Does anyone use it as a foliar feed? If so, how much to a gallon of water. The brand that I have is Maxicrop. Thanks.
Nancy

Yes, I include it with my fungicide spray. I mix at the same rate as for a soil drench. It looks like the Maxicrop directions for flowers say "one capful per gallon of water".
