Many of my leaves seem bigger this year, I dont remember any ever being this big. This big leaf is on fragrant cloud, it has several this size. Is this normal?

I think our recent crazy weather may have something to do with it.

I agree with Petaloid. Weather with have an enormous affect on how a plant grows and this years has been particularly odd. The leaf looks otherwise very healthy so I wouldn't worry.

I have some leaflets on 'Prairie Sunrise' that are nearly 3" wide. They are normally rounded, but I never saw any so big.

Yep -- normal -- mine are doing that too. Big blooms right now also. But the strange thing is the stems are short as are the nodes between two leaves in a leaf set, such that the leaves overlap more than normal.

Chalk it up to spring!

My 'Fragrant Cloud' will do that in spring also. I would say normal.
