Anyone else nor receiving order?

I placed an order for knockout roses from Knockoutrose dot net back in January to be shipped April 9. The billing was through
Gorge Top Gardens. However, I've received nothing and have difficulty communicating with them. Anyone else having problems with this company?

Sorry, but it doesn't look good.

Gorge Top Gardens has twice as many negative as positive reviews on a certain Garden Watchdog site that I can't link to (search for "The scoop on Gorge Top Gardens").

Also, I checked out the knockoutrose.net website and it looks awfully suspicious to me. There is zero information about where they're located, and they list just a "toll free" number (which isn't actually toll free). Their line about "For increased security your credit card is not automatically processed by our web site. Your card is processed in our offices by our sales staff" is complete BS. It's actually more likely that this "security measure" is a step they take to make it easier to commit fraud, because then Verisign etc won't get involved.

Here is a link that might be useful: Review on a different site

I don't understand why you would order Knockouts online because they are one of the few roses that are available at almost any garden center? Anyway I hope your problem gets resolved.

finally got through by e-mail.
Seemingly the delay was due to availability of the size. We have agreed to a substitution and hopefully the order will be shipped out today. Thnaks for the responses. Perhaps they helped.
