Bouquet Art

I realized when I put a bouquet together this morning for a friend of mine, that I tend to follow the "kitchen sink" methodology of bouquet building - putting everything together that is cuttable, without any thought. Bet there are some pretty awesome bouquet builders here. Do you put other flowers in with your roses? Do you stick to certain color themes, or sizes of blooms / bloom types. Pictures please!!!

Absolutely stunning, Harmony! What a work of art - what's the lavender in the middle, and the darker purple on the side? I love lavenders - please inform. Thank you.

Well there is not one thing wrong with your "kitchen" bouquet, it's gorgeous! I do pretty much the same thing. Just cut what ever looks good and put them all together. I don't usually mix other flowers in. I'll just cut those and put them all together in their own vase.
