Suggestions for a good garden work stool?

Hey folks, I hurt myself in the garden last week and I think I need to be more careful in the future...

does anyone have good recommendations for garden work stools? What kind works best for you? the kneeling/sitting kind? or the wheeled seat kind or what...?

I sure can relate - I usually just use the padded foam kind - to protect my knees when kneeling - especially when weeding. I think we often forget the importance of good work positions in order not to get strain our backs too much.

(When I win) the lottery - I will get an outdoor sofa chair - and position it near the gardeners so I can give instructions as needed - while sipping some lemonade ...

I am with you Roses, only a glass of wine if it is later in the day. And the ability to look at a catalog and say yes...

My favorite is the Garden Hopper Rolling Storage Container.

It is at a good height to work on plants and be able to stand up easily. I can keep my tools with me as I roll along. It is made tough and hasn't bent on me in 7 years.

Sometimes I will put my knee pad on top of it to cush my tush.

Here is a link that might be useful: Garden Hopper Rolling Storage Container
