Planting my new bare root Twilight Zone

I received my twilight zone this week and the new growth that it has on it is completely white. Is this normal? I've never ordered a bare root before so I haven't seen one like this. Can't wait to get it in the ground and see how it does!

It was stored in complete darkness. This creates white growth, because photosynthesis is not taking place.

Let us know how Twilight Zone does. It looks like a good one!

I'm smiling as I was in the same situation in February - also with Twilight Zone, and Stainless Steel. I can tell you a few months later they are full of healthy foliage and tiny buds :)

Here is a link that might be useful: My same question in February
