| I guess knockouts are not bug free? I don't own any knockout roses but I am doing some work at a hotel that has a bunch and there are aphids galore. Is that normal? I am not much of a rose man so I need some advice on what to do. Also, do knockouts need any fertilizer? I don't think they have been adding any. Thanks. |

| Yes, KOs get bugs (and for my money diseases too!). You can get rid of aphids easily enough with just a good HARD spray of water over several days. Yes, KOs should be fertilized, just like any other rose, for them to preform their best. Any good balanced fertilizer will do. |
