I picked up this rose at the end of season sale at the local nursery. It was looking good in the heat, wind and after months of sitting in a gravel parking lot (they do not spray or so they say)

It has been growing lots of smooth green canes all winter and is loaded with buds. Not a lot of scent, but a very green happy no thorn rose

This is on one of my local nurseries rose list for this season. I might just have to rescue one!

Seil, I really like this one. The leaves on the bush look great and it is just as smooth as smooth can be (so far)

Hmmm... never heard of this one before, that I recollect. I see it's a Meilland climber? And Edmunds has it. Very nice. I guess I just didn't pay any attention to it because it's a climber. I don't need any more. Nice to see your lovely pics of it. Reminds me of an OGR. Does it repeat well?

That's lovely. I hope it's a good repeater for you

Lovely rose, lovely photos, great name. It calls to my mind a frozen yogurt parfait.

I bought this rose at the close of the local rose field for the season, not sure if that was August or September. But I picked it up because it looked (most of the roses looked rather sad at that point) and was busy blooming.

This is its first spring in the ground so guess we will see how well it reblooms.
