| This is the rose that started it all for me, I bought it 5 years ago for my daughter's 2nd birthday as a table centerpiece and then it got put in a front flower bed and forgotten about for the next 5 years but somehow survived with no care. This year it really inspired me to plant roses and I'm having so much fun learning all about them. I bought it as a potted rose, with the foil wrapped pot for decoration.
Would love the find out the name of this one :)
I cut away the blackspot leaves about 10 days ago and am seeing lots of new growth.

| I wish I could help you but a lot of these little gift minis are very hard to ID because the growers sometimes interchange varieties of the same color with a specific name. The two biggest growers of these minis are Poulsen and Kordes. Poulsen has three series that I know of called Parade, Palace and Hit roses but there could be more. Kordes are mostly under the name Kordana. They both have web sites you can go to and see if you can find your rose but like I said it isn't easy. In any case it's a lovely rose! |

| Thank you so much, Seil! I think that this was from Meijer and that Meijer sells Kordana (will have to check for sure next time I'm there) and I did find a rose on the Kordana site, "Hot Kiss" that sounds familiar. I might have to e-mail them and ask when it was introduced since this was from 2007. |
