| Do any of you know what happened to Cool Roses in Florida? They no longer respond to emails and their voice mail has been full forever. |

| I haven't ordered from them in quite awhile, but had better luck with phone calls. She told me they had children on the computers and apparently didn't always get their emails. I did sometimes find them hard to contact. |

| They are not the quickest to respond to emails or phone calls, but I persisted and over the last couple of years have received three or four different orders of VERY nice roses on fortuniana root stock. The last order was just a couple of months ago. They are honest and fair, and they did keep notes of the roses I wanted. They are just not very responsive. I don't know, but maybe they'd rather sell locally than mailorder. |

| I've known them for many years. Before they even opened their nursery. They're fair and deliver a good product. But their family comes first above all. Geoff and Debbie are hard core on that part of their lives'. Be patient. |
