Newly Planted roses buds drooping

Yesterday I planted 5 rose bushes. Three angel face roses, one belinda's dream roses, and a wild blue yonder. The wild blue yonder is doing well. However, the rest are drooping. last night's humidity and thunderstorm and today's windy cool weather yet sunny weather must hv taken a toll on the roses.
I had to pick through the belinda dream at Lowe's because other bd roses blooms were balled. That's why i only have one of her. I really appreciated a.face but i also noticed that most of them had yellow leaves so i picked the roses with no blooms yet opened and not many yellow leaves. I flipped the yellow leaves and did not note any rust.
I am new to roses and gardening so dumb it down, if need be. Let me know how to reverse the problem.
By the way, I did not water the roses because i knew that it would rain that night so i did not want them to be overwatered.
