Have any of you all bought any roses from them? If you have were your roses sent to you in a timely manner? I used to buy from them about 9 years ago. I recently placed an order almost 3 weeks ago. I sent them an email and asked when my order would be shipped. They said this week, but I still have not gotten the order, nor has it been shipped. The weather has been warm here for several weeks, so that is not the reason they have not shipped. I am getting a bit aggravated.

redribbons, Edmunds was sold a few years ago, so it is not the same company that you knew before. They are now owned by the same company that owns Jung Seeds. Call them and speak to a person.

I recently ordered something from them, I hadn't received it and when I e-mailed I was told that they did not have it and could either reimburse me or I could purchase something else. I was surprised that I had to reach out to them to find out my order wasn't coming.

I placed an order back in January and received it last month--pretty good timing for planting this year.

Three weeks ago is kinda late in the ordering season--which might account for the problems. Many of us put in our orders the previous autumn or by New Years. On the other hand, Jungs/Edmonds isn't my favorite place to order, so . . . who knows. Kate

Oh, I see they were sold to another company. I know when I ordered from them years ago, they had great customer service. I finally got the roses, they look fine, except one of them had a cane that was ripped so badly, I had to cut it off. I believe I am going to stick with J&P.

J and P? Jeez they are the worst. They were sold as well. Try Palantine and Pickering and Roses unlimited. Much better
