Just received Cinnamon Girl

I ordered this miniature from J&P, and it was at my door in 9 days, since it was in stock. It's near it's final home (I hope) getting acclimated, but I'm worried. It had some black spot when I took it out of the packaging. That didn't worry me too much, since I've learned from reading here that BS is pretty normal on a shipped potted rose at first. (Photo taken the day it arrived below. It's raining so I can't get one now - I looked at it after work, and before I could get back out with my camera, the downpour that won't stop got here)
What does worry me is that the BS has now spread to pretty much every leaf and it's losing all of them. I've emailed J&P to let them know and see what they recommend, but I'm really interested in feedback from all of you - is this normal, and if I plant it, will it, in time, be okay? Given all other conditions are good, of course - I know getting over this issue is no guarantee!

Looks like shock to me, totally normal. I wouldn't do anything except make sure it has water and let it be.
