Gary, I can understand your desire to find this rose. I'd be all over one with my family name if such existed. ;-)
I'm assuming the nursery you're talking about custom propagating is Vintage? I do believe they've suspended custom propagation for the time being anyway. But in case you overlooked it, there is also Greenmantle Nursery listed and Mannings Blush is available according to their website, listed under Sweetbriers. Try contacting them. Another thought, although there are precious few HMF members in the U.S. who list this rose in their private gardens, perhaps contacting some of them through HMF might garner you cuttings or suckers.
