Have you ever looked at HelpMeFind? You enter a rose's name in the search field and a file-page comes up. One of the tabs is "Buy From" which shows nurseries carrying that particular rose. I got mine as a VID band from Vintage Gardens, but with that nursery closing, you'll have to look through some of the others. The other option is, since you already have a few, is to try rooting cuttings yourself. Keep in mind that if your others are grafted, own-root 'Mirandy' might not show the same degree of vigor. I know it from only my own-root plant, and while I wouldn't call it "wimpy" I am guessing that most mid-20th Century Hybrid Teas would grow more vigorously on rootstock. Earlier in spring, I found Mirandy at Lowe's. Havent planted it yet, but it is a very healthy plant and though they may be sold out of them, perhaps might still have a few left. It is blooming for the 2nd time - they are lovely and are fragrant.

Roses Unlimited has it listed but you will need to call or email to see if they have it in stock.

As Alameda pointed out, Roses Unlimited is currently a source for this rose. Their clone is virus indexed although it is not listed on their website as such. In fact, most of RU’s older hybrid teas are virus indexed. If you send a quick email to them with your wishlist, they can reply back letting you know which plants are from virus indexed stock.

That said, RU’s Mirandy will be own root. For me, this plant can and did grow fairly well and bloom regularly on its own roots. But it is somewhat of a weak grower overall, even grafted. My grandmother had a grafted Mirandy for many, many years that always survived and bloomed but never really grew any better than my own root specimen.

In my opinion, Mirandy can be spectacularly beautiful when happy and in the right place, but in most gardens is just mediocre. Its strength is its fragrance — a very sweet damask scent with undertones of raspberry and apple.

For my money, own root Crimson Glory and Barcelona/Francis Dubreuil are both more vigorous, more floriferous and MUCH more fragrant than Mirandy. But YMMV.
