Rose leaf Curl?

I just have small growth at the base of my rose plant. Everything looked ok at first then I started seeing some of the leafs like this. Whats going on?
All the leafs arent affected.

Frost damage can look like that. If that is what it is, it isn't serious. It just looks wonky.

If you had frost or freeze warnings last week like we did I'll bet that's what did it. Gosh, I wish it would warm up and stay warm!
