Rose Leaves Turning Brown

Many of the leaves on one of my new roses (Carding Mill) are turning brown. It seems to start at the edges. The other seven roses in the bed are so far unaffected. I water and fertilize regularly. What can be causing this? I went to rose-roses.com but none of the problems matched.

Fertilizer burn starts with brown, dry edges, often in a pattern of small circles against the edge. The treatment is flushing the soil with two inches of water.

Just a guess, obviously.

Sounds like fert. burn to me too. Water, water, water is the best medicine!
