Can it be Love and Peace Rose? I saw a bloom like that at my garden center and the rose was labeled Love and Peace.

Colors very similar to my Joseph's Coat.

Love and Peace was my second choice. I grow it, and the edges aren't as deep, but it could be. I also get a lot of split centers on it... :-)

Definitely not Joseph's Coat. Not prickly enough; foliage is too glossy without the chronic mildew. There are too many petals of too good substance and the colors are more "sophisticated" and less "carnival". I like Joseph's Coat, this just isn't it, guaranteed. Plus, this doesn't appear to want to be a climber. JC definitely climbs.

Love and Peace is as good a guess as any. Kim

Not Ketchup and Mustard. That one is solid red on the top side of the petals and yellow on the bottom side. Joseph's Coat does not have HT exhibition form like that ever (even though that one has a double center). The form doesn't look right for Love and Peace. That one has sort of ruffled petal edges that your's doesn't show. It looks more like Desert Peace to me but it could also be Perfect Moment or Red Gold too.

Perfect Moment has darker green, very matt foliage, usually here, marred by mildew. It isn't bright green and glossy like the rose in question. Red Gold has much smaller, less double flowers, also with inferior foliage to the one depicted. Agreed that it is not Ketchup & Mustard, either. Kim

Thanks for all of the suggestions! I think it is similar to Love & Peace the most but Desert Peace, and also Red Gold look similar. Not sure on the J.C. and my K&M is not looking like this one. I did a petal count (way to practice counting skills for the kids too :) ) and ended up with 51 petals.

Here are a couple of shots of the bloom at the end. I thought it would get that coral orange pink color more in the hot sun (mid 80s today) but it did not and kept the yellow. Just tinged with coral over the yellow and the bright pink/coral petals kind of got hidden underneath as the bloom opened.
