Those are so beautiful, AND you are obviously taking excellent care of them.

On the other hand, now I want 'Strike It Rich'. Shame on you. ;^)

Wow, those are gorgeous blooms. How old is the plant. Is it planted in a container or ground. I am in zone 5, for some reason my plants in containers are doing better than the ones in the ground.

I was talking about strike it rich, thought it was grow in a container.

It is in the ground next to a electric pole lol. I didn't have a place for it and just put it there temporarily but it's doing so well I think it found its permanent home. Mine is 3 years old and took off this year. It has been non stop blooms so far and no black spot. One of my favorite.

Thanks everyone! Jazzmom your about face is a beautiful color too. I just finished picking leaves with black spot off my Heirloom and my SDLM, I hope that takes care if the problem as I am trying not to spray. But my climate is so humid I am afraid I am not done with the fight.

Very nice roses! Strike it Rich really caught my attention! :)

I have paired the 2 grandifloras 'Strike It Rich' and 'About Face' next to each other on a western exposure where I had two huge 'Blue Muffin' viburnums that got out of hand for the space!! I am hoping that the two roses eventually get to about 5' high and about 3' wide. Yes, there will be space between them once they grow to maturity. Both were purchased from Roses Unlimited in April and I was lucky to have found them so late in the season. Most people who want a particular rose start ordering from online website in January/December to get their choices.
