I planted a double knock- out rosebush approximately 1 month ago. I recently purchased Bayer Rose and flower feed/fertilizer/disease preventer. I did all the combining of solution/water however I misread and poured soultion over rosebush and not around the sides. Has this ever happened to anyone? Did I just kill my plant?

I haven't done this but suggest you take your hose and wash it off.
If you happened to do it on a hot day you may have burned some leaves.
It may shed a few leaves and pout but I doubt it'll die.
Water as usual but don't fertilize until you see some new growth.

Probably no harm, no foul. The fungicide and insecticide in the product are each sold separately and are applied by spraying directly on the plants. But, if you are worried, do as CB says and hose the plant down.

Definitely wash it off. The concentration is probably higher than for the spray products. Even applied to the soil as directed, this product is known to have growth-stunting effects.
