A rose of 2 colors

A friend had some Morden Blush roses and wanted more, planted 6 last year and when they bloomed they weren't the same color as her established plants. I checked online and found the new roses to match what I see online, and wondering what happened to her other roses? Is it possible they reverted to the parent stock color? I didn't take a pic, but the established roses are a solid, vibrant mid-pink color, whereas Morden Blush seems to be just that - blush - pale pink with a darker center as the rose is opening.
Thanks for any thoughts.
