I lost mine to rose rosette disease. It had some beautifully colored flowers of golden orange that were more gold in the heat than orange. It was very prone to blackspot here.

Blackspot prone in my garden but ALWAYS refoliates and blooms again well. It is the fave of my clients due to its gorgeous color. Ten or so have ordered it after seein g mine....I am bad about spraying....lol

I have a small one, and so far it's doing okay. A neighbor has one that's about 2' tall, and a few weeks ago it was covered with blooms. Very nice!

Here is my vavoom from bareroot last year.
This bloom was last year's first bloom.

Vavoom's color never fade.
I never have to spray anything on it.
Vavoom never has any desease problem.

It is repeated blooming.

This is the second year from bareroot. It is almost 1 meter's tall. Very healthy leaves. I like it a lot.

The only con I could think of is, this rose is supposed to be very fragrant from the nursery's webpage. I do not smell that strong fragrance at all.

My Vavoom has struggled..but this year..about year three it looks great!
