Greetings, and a question

Hello. I've been reading various threads on the various roses here and thought to join and, hopefully, learn some things.

My question is this: I recently bought myself a Tuscany Superb and Golden Buddha from Rogue Valley. However, I read from this forum that the Superb is a cold-weather rose, and not suitable for our 9A climate (thankfully, the Buddha is a hot-weather rose). Is there any way to help make him feel comfortable? At the moment, they're in pots, and are under shade for most of the afternoon.
