| Hi, I have been checking my roses for rose rosette disease and am not sure about this new growth. It seems like there are a lot of growth from one place. Is that a witches broom starting? Thanks for your help Brooks23 |

| If this is the small shoot from your other post I think it's normal new growth. |

| Each bud eye has multiple potential spots for new canes. HT growers usually remove two of three. In a Tea, I wouldn't bother. |

| jerijen, Thanks for that information. I did not know they could have more that one cane at an eye bud. I am so glad this group is here and I appreciate all those that looked and helped me. |
