Does anyone grow Dublin HT?

I am wondering if anyone has ever grown Dublin? I grew this rose several years ago, I believe this picture was in 2005, and while it was a good bloomer, the blooms didn't live up to what I expected. I really like the pictures on HMF and others I've seen. Has anyone had a good experience with this rose? I would get it again, if I thought it would do good. If you notice from the picture here, the blooms were kind of droopy. It is in front of Queen Elizabeth.
