hello - new to roses - my wife and i built a rose garden for our little girls this spring - one of our favorite roses - the climbing joseph's coat rose, seems to be looosing its leaving and its stems turning brown. about half the plant looks good (and roses are blooming) - but i've noticed in the past week to ten days that this part of the plan is turning bare. any ideas as to what's going on and steps i can take to ensure the plan thrives?

we planted this plant six weeks ago. its in 6 - 8 hrs of sun each day - we water it regulary. thank you
