strange markings on rose leaves

i recently bought this rose on sale somewhat neglected has this burnt or ripped marks on almost all the leaves i didn't worry about it too much but now the new growth is showing the same markings

it's not fertilizer burn because i have other roses in the same soil mix

should i prune the infected leaves?

Picture #3 appears to be cercospora spot disease, usually not a big deal.

I don't know about the rest of it, but if this were my plant, I would ignore it.

Hmmm..possibly a touch of downy mildew?

Some of it looks like the mechanical damage that occurs when roses thorn each other. If potted roses were packed tightly together on a pallet, some foliage would be thorned by the adjacent roses. I see this type of damage after thunderstorms with strong winds.
