Also, the Red rose is lightly fragrant, while the white one is extremely fragrant. :D

Did you plant them, or were they already there? Do you have any idea when they were planted? I ask because it makes it easier to guess who they might be if we know how long ago they were planted.

The white one could be 'Sombreuil', except that Sombreuil is a climber - is it trying to climb? The red one could be Chrysler Imperial, but it could also be a lot of other roses. Why don't you look up those two on Help Me Find/roses, and see what you think?

Hello. I planted them both, but I cant remember their names and my husband threw away their labels. The white ones I got at Lowes, and the red I can't remember....but I planted them back in March. :D

Ah...husbands.... LOL No offense to any male rosers!

Could the white one be a faded peachy Evelyn?? The shape looks right.

Looked up those 3 roses, not them. However, the shape of the Evelyn is pretty darn close, but the color is off. :/ I just searched using this http://allthingsplants.com/plants/group/roses/

and still couldn't find them :(

Is there a way you could go back to Lowe's and see if any roses still being sold have familiar names? If you don't find them there, perhaps there's a way to get a list of roses which were sold at that store this year.

And in the future, I'd suggest keeping an "inventory list" saved on your computer. My roses are on a SimpleText file -- nothing fancy, just the types listed alphabetically (i.e. Bourbons, Chinas, Floribundas, etc.) in bold, with the names of each rose under that. I also included the nursery from which I bought them.

Problem with the red is that there are oodles of red hybrid teas. And, with immature plants (less than 3 years) the bloom form, color, and fragrance might not be the same as a mature plant.

The red hybrid tea could be Mister Lincoln, the other one might be one of the white/cream Austin modern shrubs, perhaps Fair Bianca or Glamis Castle.

I think I remember seeing 'Mirandy' being sold in body bags last spring. I have never grown it, so I don't know if the picture resembles it. The picture does not look like Mr. Lincoln to me.
