Another Love Song Question

I planted my first Love Song bush the first week in June. It had probably close to 2 dozen buds when I planted it. Now all, except for 2 roses have been dead headed. I don't see any sign of buds developing. Is this bush a "slow grower" ? Most of my bushes, once I dead head them do not take long before I see new growth where buds will pop out. All the foliage looks green and very healthy. I hope this isn't a "flash in the pan" with tons of initial roses, then hardly any or none the rest of the season. If so, I will be sorely disappointed. Thanks in advance !

Oh, no, it's not a flash in the pan. Give it a chance. It gave you a huge flush. Have you fed it since then?

Oh yes. I've been feeding every 2 weeks.

My Love Song bushes have good repeat bloom, maybe it just needs a little more time to adjust. I don't think you'll be disappointed.
