My order from Northland Rosarium - fixed! :)

I'd mentioned earlier this summer that I had 1 rose that was mislabeled out of the several that I received from Carol at Northland, and I was a bit worried because I'd emailed a few times & gotten no response.

Friday night when I came home, there was a package for me from Northland. Carol sent the rose I had ordered to replace the one that's mislabeled, and it was packaged just as well as the others & arrived in great shape.

I had freaked out a little bit because I never received any correspondence, then a plant arrived out of the blue, like Santa Claus surprising me in July. Just wanted to send a heads-up if anyone else is in the same boat. I'd heard lovely things about this nursery & I'm glad that they're working hard to maintain customer satisfaction!

Oh, Flaurabunda, I'm sooo happy to hear that Northland Rosarium has given you the customer satisfaction you have desired. Lol, but I'm not surprised. :p I am a Spokanite and have been extremely satisfied with everything I've grown & learned from them. You ought to see their heavenly rose garden. It's a totally WOW! place to visit!!!

I sent them a email about a rose I had a question about and they never emailed me back. So I bought it elsewhere

I've only gotten two roses from them but their customer service was excellent for me. One rose was small and they refused to charge me for it because it wasn't up to their usual quality. However, they knew I wanted it so they sent it free.

Someday I hope to be able to visit there! I have heard that the Pacific Northwest is the ultimate place to plan a rosy vacation. I have also heard that the gardens there are glorious.

I'm glad you received your new rose! I've always gotten responses to my emails, from Northland Rosarium. Just a thought...do you have a spam blocker? Sometimes other emails (from friends) get blocked and I don't find them for months! :)

Nah, no spam blocker on my personal email, only on my work email. I know that they've been having lots of events up there because I had been getting the newsletter in my email. I imagine Northland's been pretty busy, and if so, I'm happy.

I prefer all of our suppliers to be busy because hopefully that means volume & sales are up, and they'll be around for many more years to come.

I ordered four roses from them this spring, and was very peased with the size of the plants. I was expecting 3x3x6 bands from the discription on their website. I'll be ordering from them again I'm sure :)

Sometimes e-mails go into a companies spam folder and they never get read. I always try at least twice to e-mail someone, just in case.
