Do we know yet which ones will be released to the US for 2013? When do they normally open them for spring orders? Thanks!

Hi,
Someone already posted on this I think it's on the antique forum, you may have to go back a page or two

Here is the info you want

Here is a link that might be useful: New Austin roses

pretty much same old, same old - unfortunate since Royal Jubilee and especially The Lark Ascending looked to be both innovative, useful and interesting roses and even Heathcliffe looked more exciting than these 2 blobby pinks (although be gratetful you are spared the really naff Tranquility).....but I guess you don't change a winning (boring) formula.

Yawn!

I inquired a few months ago about Queen Anne, and they told me that they would have this in stock for 2013. I will be checking their site this autumn season to confirm this. Usually the new roses are added to their website in November time frame, however one year I remember it was earlier than this, so I will checking their site periodically starting now in August...

Meh.

Not going to hold my breath for either of these. Sticking with my plan to add Munstead Woods.

Was not terribly thrilled with how my order last year was handled, so unless the new roses are amazing, I'm going to order elsewhere.

More pink DA's, not that he doesn't create wonderful roses, but I would really like to see some more reds from him. These two just blend in with the other pinks (in my opinion) :(

I bought an own root Munstead Woods from David Austin this spring. They sent me a very nice and good size plant. It started growing immediately and has been blooming constantly since June. Flowers are beautiful. Hope it will get through its first Massachusetts winter without problems.

A red like this maybe? Short (at least here) a bit too upright maybe but that suits a lot of people.

Hi Caldonbeck,

Your pictures are lovely.

Any idea when Heathcliff will be available here?

Also, would you please give your comparison of Wollerton Hall and Jude the Obscure?

Thank you,
Kitty
