From the old ARS Webpage.

"The ARS website address has changed to www.rose.org. Please rest assured that the quality content remains the same, only the address has changed. If you type in www.ars.org it will redirect to www.rose.org. -------------------------------------- The name change is important as it makes us easier to find with ROSE in our name."
