I can't remember where I got this rose...Pickering, Palantine..or RU. It has been stingy and slow to start. It has one cane only..I am going to try and fix that..but anyway it is blooming and man is it wonderful. I can't even describe the color

Wow, never heard of it before. But the pics on HMF are lovely! I hope it does better for you soon.

I grew it years ago. Don't remember it producing a lot of blooms but I think the blooms held for a long time. Picture quality not that great. It was copied from a slide which was shown on a screen and digital pictures taken.

Milestone grows very well here in southern Ohio. Its chief attribute is long-lasting blooms. Nice color, but I don't recall fragrance. The form has that cast-iron modern hybrid look--no charm or character. Flowering is not really abundant, but it does repeat well. Alas, my bush is very old now and needs to be replaced, but it is hard to find this one anymore.

The thing I REALLY like about it is the blooms seem to glow from within. This is one of those roses that grabs you once you see it in the garden.

Yes, indeed, it captures attention. And even the old blooms, which turn a dusky red, are striking.

This rose is so pretty..but I have a blind cane I think they call it..it is bigger than last year but still small.

I am posting again about this rose. It does have a slight fragrance. It is so spectacular. The color is just delicious.
