I bought this rose because it was so different==red and yellow blooms. I can't think of the name right now but I think it wa s Mustard and Catsup or vice versa. I felt it needed to be put in the ground, so when my daughter was visiting from California, I had her to plant it in the rose bed. The weather that ensued has not been good even though I watered. We have undergone a period of not much rain. The top part has died to some extent. I should have probably had her trim the top growth back because I can't physically do these things now. Anyway it looks like part of it is brown and the other part has had some blooms. What would be the best way to cut this back. Sorry, no facilities for taking pictures. It is a Weeks rose.
