Tyler, TX is a major player. Austin's US production is in Tyler, as are a number of others.

Wasco, CA and Tyler, Texas are the larger rose producing areas in the US. There may still be a bit of production in Arizona. Arena attempted producing there with limited success. That's where their crop with "the creeping, black death" originated. They determined it was likely due to the lack of winter causing the plants not to store sufficient nutrients to successfully break dormancy. Kim

Actually, the production near Phoenix, AZ is larger than Wasco and Tyler combined.
