Any idea what rose these are? They were planted earlier this summer at the home my brother is renting in Illinois. He says they have a light scent.

Definitely, yellow Knock Out--a rather attractive KO, actually. My neighbor grows it and I enjoy it over the fence.

It's not called yellow Knock Out though. If you are looking for it I think the actual name is Sunny Knock Out.

There's an interesting choice between 'Sunny Knock Out' and 'Carefree Sunshine', also by Radler. CS has better color IMO, a softer yellow when new and fading less as it ages. But CS needs to be deadheaded to keep blooming, and that's a nearly constant chore. Both are blackspot-resistan and good all around.
