It appears to be very detailed and includes multiple clear color photographs of roses exhibiting symptoms of Rose Rosette Disease as well as examples of herbicide damage for comparison. The article covers disease history, symptoms, disease cycle (with info on the recent identification of the virus believed to be the cause along with the likelihood of developing rapid diagnostic tests), resistance, cultural and chemical control, and a bibliography (Ann Peck's web publication is cited).
